What is a hot desk?
Hot-desking is when different people use desks at other times.
What is a permanent desk?
A dedicated desk is an arrangement in a co-working space where people/teams can reserve the same workstation to come every day.
How does the shared office space work?
Think of it like a gym membership. Some people will book a desk five days a week, others once a month, and some for the whole year. It’s basically on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I benefit from coworking?
There are so many benefits! Fully furnished setup, flexible layout, housekeeping staff, access to meeting room + enable you to work alongside other professionals. Also, many studies have been done on workplace and productivity. It’s been said that a well-designed office can increase your productivity by around 20%!
Is the building secure?
Yes! We have a security system + a digital locking system.
What membership is the best for me?
We have a range of options: coworking desks, private offices, maybe you need to hire a meeting room or establish a professional presence with a virtual office. If you are still unsure, call us to discuss the best business solution.
What commitment do you need to get a desk in REAL Workspace?
We believe in flexible working, and that means being flexible ourselves. We don’t lock shared space members into any long-term leases or contracts. We do, however, lock permanent tenants into contracts.
Who else is sharing/has shared the space?
We have a great group of creative, energetic people from all different business backgrounds – winemakers, architects, construction etc.
